26th Korean workshop on computational geometry

The 26th Annual Korean Workshop on Computational Geometry (KWCG 2026) will be held in Bochum, Germany from July 27 – July 31, 2026.

The aim of the workshop is to provide a forum for researchers working in computational geometry to discuss and work together on research problems. Following the tradition of the preceding workshops, we hope to have active discussions and to work together on research problems, in particular in, but not limited to, the area of computational geometry. Therefore we would like you to bring some interesting open problems that can be explained quickly.

Open Problems

As usual the workshop will mostly consist of research work in small, spontaneously formed groups. We will work on open problems presented by the participants within the first two days of the meeting. Therefore, participants are asked to prepare short presentations introducing interesting research topics including open problems.

Venue and Accommodation

The workshop will be held at the Beckmanns Hof at Ruhr University Bochum.

For accomodation we have reserved rooms at the nearby hotel Lottental (approx 15 min walking). Rooms are reserved until May 26, 2026. Please book your room by Email to the hotel, specifying if you would prefer a single budget, single double, or twin budget room.
