When the Faculty of Computer Science was founded, we made it our mission to connect our students with industry regularly and at an early stage with the IT.Connect365 concept. Our young faculty is home to established degree courses in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science and IT Security (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees). We support around 2,200 young people in their academic training to become IT specialists, right in the heart of the Ruhr metropolis, more precisely in Bochum, the up-and-coming capital of IT. With IT.Connect, we offer you direct access to our students. Of course, we also invite IT students from other universities to the job fair.

Our packages
Convince with targeted offers and reach your target group without scatter loss: We offer you the opportunity to place up to four job advertisements on our in-house job board
for three months and thus be directly visible to the target group of IT students. Our job exchange is regularly advertised to students of Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, IT Security, Information Technology and Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. The job board is also used by students to prepare for the fair, so that they can ask specific questions about your job advertisements.
Meet our IT talents in person and in a relaxed atmosphere on November 27, 2024! A booth area of six square meters is available in the RUB event center where you can set up your stand. Around 300 motivated participants ensured a lively exchange at the last attendance fairs.
Our urgent tip for a successful day at the fair: For exciting discussions on a deeper level, bring your employees from the IT departments. They can report first-hand on their tasks, experiences and the working atmosphere in the company. In preparation for the trade fair, we will publish your image ad and your company profile in our IT.Connect catalog 2024. This catalog will be distributed to the students and published as a PDF on the IT.Connect website.
Of course, the services of package 1 are included in the trade fair package.
