III. Provision of the website and creation of log files

Description and scope of data processing

Each time our website is called up, data about the calling computer is required to provide the information. The following data will be processed:

1. information about the browser type and version used,

2. the operating system of the user,

3. the IP address of the user,

4. date and time of access,

5. websites from which the user’s system accesses our website.

The data is stored in the error log file of our system only in case of errors during processing. This does not affect the IP addresses of the user or other data that allow the data to be assigned to a user. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the storage in the error log file is article 6 paragraph 1 lit. e DSGVO.

The storage in the error log file is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

Duration of storage, possibility of objection and elimination

The error log file is deleted after seven days at the latest. Due to the aforementioned purposes, there is no possibility for the user to object.
