PhD/Postdoc positions (fully funded)
- We are always looking for outstanding PhD students and Postdocs to work on implementation security domain. For the PhD position, the candidate should have a BSc/MSc in IT-Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics with excellent grades. For the Postdoc position, the candidate is expected to have an excellent publication record. Applications including CV + transcript of records (as a single pdf file) to be sent via email. There is a new program at Computer Science at RUB allowing BSc graduates to directly start the PhD (no MSc required).

Internship positions

Research Assistant Positions
- We are always looking of motivated BSc/MSc students to assist the researchers of the group. If you have knowledge, experience and expertise in the IT-Security domain, or can write C++/Phyton programs, or can develop hardware designs (VHDL/verilog), or can design PCBs and work with soldering iron, send your CV via email.
The number of working hours per week: negotiable (6/8/10/12/…)
Prerequisite: the position can only be given to someone who is currently studying in a university in Germany.

- In order to support the students as well as assist the teaching activities of the group, we are always looking for BSc/MSc students who can help with correcting the exercises, e.g., in the courses like “Digitaltechnik” and “Physical Attacks and Countermeasures”.
