These deadlines are only valid for examinations which are organized by our faculty.
If examinations for your courses are organised by other faculties (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, ETIT…), different dates are possible. The announcement of the dates of other faculties is subject to change. You are obliged to inform yourself independently about these dates.
You can only register for exams if you are properly enrolled for the respective Semester.

* If the examination cannot be registered via FlexNow for verifiable technical reasons, registration via the Exams Office is possible. In this case, please send an e-mail to informatik-pruefungsamt@rub.de via your RUB e-mail account, stating your name, matriculation number and the examination to be registered with its module assignment (compulsory, compulsory elective, elective module, …), and include a screenshot of the error message.
** Oral exams can be scheduled during the whole semester break.
*** “Semesterbegleitend” refers to continuous assignments that constitute the exam for the course in question.
After the official registration via FlexNow (or the Examination Office), please contact the examiners directly to arrange your individual examination date. An enquiry only at the end of the examination phase may result in you having already missed the range of possible dates!
