Winner 2024 announced!
Dr. Christian Mainka and Dr. Vladislav Mladenov from the Chair of Network and Data Security received the Excellent Teaching Award from the student body for their “Message Level Security” lecture at the annual academic celebration.
The student jury was particularly impressed by the practical relevance of the course.

The Excellent Teaching Award (ETA) recognizes lecturers from our faculty’s degree programmes for outstanding achievements in teaching. The prize is awarded together with a challenge cup at the annual academic celebration.

All students are invited to nominate lecturers for the Excellent Teaching Award using the provided form.
A student jury reviews the proposals, evaluates them and nominates 3-5 lecturers for the ETA.
The nominees submit their teaching concept based on guiding questions from the jury.
Based on the teaching concept and student feedback, the student jury selects a winner of the ETA
