Student elections for the Faculty Council and the RUB Senate
Note: Due to the network outage on 23.06.2025, the voting period was extended until 27.06.2025 at 12 noon in consultation with the election officer.
From June 23 to 27, 2025, RUB students will elect their representatives to the respective faculty councils and the RUB Senate. Student representatives on the committees have a term of office of one year. This begins on October 01, 2025.
Who can vote?
All students enrolled in the Faculty of Computer Science can vote. The student elections allow students to actively participate in faculty and university life, which is why we hope for a lively voter turnout. All eligible voters will be provided with their ballot online via an election portal. Eligible voters will receive the link to the election portal by email. All eligible voters can cast their vote in the election portal by entering their personal RUB login ID and password. Voting is usually done from your own computer or smartphone. A laptop will be available in the election office for voters who do not want to or cannot vote via smartphone or tablet to cast their vote.
Who can I vote for?
The deadline for submitting election proposals and amending the electoral registers runs from 05.05.2025 to 19.05.2025.
Where and when can I vote?
From June 23 (12 noon) to June 27, 2025 (12 noon), students can vote online via the election portal.
