Academic Year Celebration

Every year in early summer, we bid farewell to the graduates of our faculty at the Academic Annual Celebration.

Attention: Change of date. The Academic Year Celebration 2025 will take place on July 11 in the Audimax.

The invitations will be sent out in May 2025.

All graduates who graduated between 01.04.2024 and 31.03.2025 are invited.

Program

16.00: Admission
16.00-16.30: Compulsory registration for graduates

from 4.30 p.m.: Ceremony with honors in the Audimax
from 6.30 p.m.: Social celebration with music, food and drink in the coffee bar
approx. 8 p.m.: End of the event

Directions and parking

The ceremony will take place in the Audimax on the RUB campus. Here you will find everything you need to know about how to get there as well as a campus map and a campus map for wheelchair users.

If you come by car, you can park in P 4-8 directly under the Audimax, or in P 12 and 13 (approx. 10 minutes walk to the Audimax) at the west end of the campus.

Hinweis: Zur akademischen Feier 2024 können sich nur diejenigen anmelden, die ihr Studium zwischen dem 01.04.2023 und dem 31.03.2024 abgeschlossen haben.

Widerspruch kann beim motivsuchenden Fotografen eingelegt werden.

Faculty members should register for the ceremony by sending a short informal email to informatik-fakultaet@rub.de. The registration deadline for graduates has expired.
