Tasks

The decentralized equal opportunities team offers contact persons for individual consultations. In order to ensure equal opportunities for men and women, they also take part in committees and selection procedures, initiate activities and advise the management of their faculty or institution on gender equality issues.

News

We cordially invite you to the women*’s assembly on Thursday, February 20th, 11:00 am in MC 1.30/31. Important note: Important note: The informative part ( agenda point 1) about the equal opportunities team is open to all faculty members (regardless of gender).

Agenda:

  • Overview of projects of the EO team, introduction of the faculty’s anti-discrimination officer position by member of the RUB-anti-discrimination office
  • Break with possibility for personal discussions

  • Election of the 4th member of the EO team and the decentralized EO officer (women* only)
  • Time for open discussion within the female* members of the faculty (women* only)

Note: Women*/female* includes also inter, non-binary, trans and agender people
