The decentralized equal opportunities team offers contact persons for individual consultations. In order to ensure equal opportunities for men and women, they also take part in committees and selection procedures, initiate activities and advise the management of their faculty or institution on gender equality issues.

Agenda:
- Overview of projects of the EO team, introduction of the faculty’s anti-discrimination officer position by member of the RUB-anti-discrimination office

- Election of the 4th member of the EO team and the decentralized EO officer (women* only)
- Time for open discussion within the female* members of the faculty (women* only)
