Project Memento 2 accepted as part of the SPP 2377
We will continue our successful Memento project (together with HPI) as part of the DFG Priority Program 2377 (Phase 2)!
During the project’s second phase, we build upon the Memento memory governor of Phase one and continue to optimize energy-efficient memory placements. We will extend Memento to encompass a set of diverse and upcoming memory technologies (including NVM, HBM, and GDDR). For this, we utilize hardware-based tracing techniques and, additionally, bring OS protection guarantees into focus.
